To devise an end of year Juniper incentive for the Tech Data sales team.
- To generate healthy competition between the sales people and encourage them to bust the final end of year target.
- To meet a brief of ‘fun, different and engaging’, to take place in London and to a specified budget.
- To provide end-to-end event management and communications from launch through to the event.
Essential developed a ‘Bust the target’ incentive to take 16 winners to The Bavarian Beerhouse in London by private stretched Hummer, where they enjoyed an evening of traditional food and entertainment before heading to the world famous Ice Bar for a night cap.
Party bags were given to each winner as they boarded the Hummer, with Bavarian style goodies, and the team enjoyed a champagne reception en route to London.
Essential managed the complete event co-ordination comprising Hummer hire and venue arrangements, through managing individual special dietary requirements, to arranging individual private taxis to take each guest home safely at the end of the evening.
Essential designed a microsite to host all the details of the incentive and the venues, a teaser email campaign to galvanise the competitive spirit and a final email with detailed itinerary.
Engagement in the incentive was high and the team did indeed bust their target!
